Outpatient Program (OP)

Outpatient therapists provide individual therapy using a variety of modalities to support mental health issues. Individual therapy can be once a week or more. This level of care can be a drop down from the more intensive offerings or as a stand alone treatment plan.

Although the frequency, severity, and length of outpatient treatment plans vary, our outpatient recovery programs are fundamentally client-centered and evidence-based. Wherever a person is in the recovery process, our outpatient programs are intended to meet them. Our clinicians take a variety of factors into consideration when developing an outpatient treatment plan. These factors include the kind of drugs or alcohol used, the period of abstinence, physical and mental health, employment history and schedules, personal recovery requirements and objectives, and family ties.

As a person reaches significant clinical milestones, their treatment strategy in our outpatient program is modified. Our outpatient program’s main treatment modalities include individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy as well as wellness and other healthy activities according to each client’s requirements.
